Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes, please let us know prior to your arrival if this service is required. We offer airport transfers for $125 USD each way for up to 6 guests (services subject to availability). 

Is parking available on site?

Yes.

I’ve seen travel advisories about the state of Gurrero. Is this area safe?

Yes. Troncones is a small, quiet fishing village. 


The travel advisory stems from  incidents in Acapulco, which is four hours away. Per a recent US State Department meeting, Guerrero wasn't becoming more dangerous, but other states in Mexico -- such as Quintana Roo (which includes Tulum, Cancun, and Playa Del Carmen) -- are now rated higher on the scale, which in turn, moves everyone else up. 


As is the case in all cities, be aware of your surroundings, don't flash a lot of cash, and use common sense (like think twice about staying out after midnight, or buying street drugs).

What is your payment policy?

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the cost of your stay. 

The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Are reservations refundable?

Rates are non-refundable if reservations are cancelled, unless we are able to completely re-book your reservation dates, in which case we will refund 50% of your pre-paid reservation.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Bank transfer, personal check, PayPal or credit cards (with a 4% processing fee).

Are meals included with the weekly rental rate?

No, dining packages are additional. 

Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to include this.

Are gratuities included?

At Villa Milagro, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our guests. We recommend $150 USD per suite per week as a gratuity for our staff. (That's around $10 USD/$200 pesos per guest per day)

Is the Villa kid-friendly?

Yes! Villa Milagro is a wonderful place for children to explore. 

But be sure to  keep a close eye on the young ones around stairs and the pool.

Do the rooms all have private bathrooms?

Yes, all the suites have a private bath.

What should we bring with us?

All linens are provided along with purified water. Our kitchen is fully equipped. All food and drink will need to be provided by the guest if you do not take advantage of our dining packages.

Do you have WiFi?

Villa Milagro has WiFi throughout the property.

Can we have friends over at the Villa?

The Villa is made for entertaining house guests and you are welcome to entertain outside guests at the Villa. However, an extra fee may apply if additional staff is required. You may entertain from 09:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Can I host an event at the Villa?

If you are planning to host an event with more than 10 guests, a wedding celebration, family reunion or gathering, birthday celebration or business meeting, please inform management prior to your arrival. We will happily work with you to coordinate and design a menu!
