Most of our guests find that once they arrive at Villa Milagro, they simply don't want to leave. That's why we created our on-site culinary program. Meals are prepared and served at the Villa by our talented cook, Janet. And best of all, clean-up is always included!

Alcoholic beverages and sodas not included in pricing. However, we are happy to stock the Villa with beverages to suit your tastes, just let us know.

Traditional favorites include sopes with chicken, enchiladas with red or green sauce, fish a la Mexicana, fish or shrimp tacos, chicken mole or chiles rellenos.
Enjoy the flavors of the ocean, including lobster, shrimp and fish, fresh from Majahua fishermens' daily catch. Enjoy the finest cuts of beef, as well as flavorful chicken dishes. Depending on what's in season, dinner might be sesame-crusted tuna, ribeye steaks on the grill, BBQ ribs, chicken fajitas, fresh fish, shrimp with butter and garlic, or lobster. Lunch favorites include shrimp taquitos, mushroom quesadillas, or tacos al pastor.
Experience the tantalizing tastes of seasonal fruits and vegetables, prepared in a beautiful fresh-Mex style. Sopes with beans and veggies, mushroom tacos, tofu with veggies, lentils with mushrooms and napales, zucchini prepared Mexican-style, or tacos de tofu al pastor.

Daily breakfasts feature tropical fresh fruits, yogurt, and granola - paired with eggs, huevos rancheros, pancakes, or french toast, served with fresh-squeezed orange or grapefruit juice.
Guests enjoy afternoon snacks of guacamole, chips and salsa, nachos, or veggie crudités of carrots and jicama. Agua frescas are prepared daily, showcasing the best fruits of the season.
